Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of rural, agricultural, SME, and commercial clients
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and drive results
  • Provide superior client service while building strong relationships
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder connections
About You:
  • You must be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth and achievement
  • You will excel in a team environment and also work independently
  • You will enjoy variety in your work and spend significant time out with clients or prospective clients
  • You will be sales focused and able to build a sales pipeline to support business growth
  • You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • You will have sound general insurance knowledge and be a problem solver
  • A Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory
