We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, detail orientated individual to join our friendly team in our Ballarat office as a Trainee Assistant broker. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the ins and outs of the industry and gain hands-on experience whilst building a long-term career with plenty of support along the way

What you will do:

· Support insurance brokers with administrative tasks and servicing clients from all around Australia

· Assist in preparing policy documents, Quotes, and renewals

· Help maintain accurate client records

· Communicate with insurers and clients to obtain necessary information and provide ideal outcomes for clients

· Learn industry regulations, products, and systems

· Provide general office support as needed

What we are looking for:

· An excellent communicator who is well spoken and has a positive attitude

· Someone who is organised & reliable

· Strong attention to detail

· Willing to learn

· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
