Restaurant Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and labor costs to optimize resource use and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and business performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable management skills with experience in quick service restaurants or the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and competent computer skills required.
