Job Title: Mechanical Operations Manager

About the Role: As a Mechanical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing productivity and customer relationships while leading an enthusiastic and growing team. The Role: The Mechanical Operations Manager is a key position that supports our operations by combining service coordination, technical expertise, and customer service support.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business opportunities through new and existing client relationships.
  • Coordinating and organizing teams of skilled technicians for daily operations.
  • Managing resources for planned work and ensuring efficient job execution.
  • Liaising with customers and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Promoting and monitoring occupational health and safety (OH&S) compliance and quality standards.
  • Identifying and acting on business improvement and development opportunities.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar operations or field service role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mechanical conveyor maintenance and repair.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational, sales, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills to produce procedures and reports.
  • C Class Licence required.
