We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead our high-performing team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of customer service representatives, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing customer service team of 6
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, audit compliance, and service delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Oversee operational reporting to ensure quality and compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role
  • At least 2+ years experience managing a high-performing team to success
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations and impact in the medical device industry
  • Full working rights in Australia
