About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Woodforde Group's HSE team as a HSEQ System Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to the team in the administration and maintenance of the company's health, safety, and environment systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the HSE system.
  2. Provide coaching and training to employees on internal systems and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and registers related to major projects.
  4. Coordinate and schedule training for employees with external parties.
  5. Ensure all procedures relating to the internal HSE system are accurate and up-to-date on SharePoint.
  6. Provide recommendations for effective communication and sharing of updates with internal staff.
  7. Ensure quality assurance adhering to both internal and external requirements.

About the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have strong experience in HSE administration and project support within a construction environment. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience with HSE compliance management systems and document control processes will be highly regarded.
