Job Summary

Are you passionate about optimising marketing processes and enhancing capabilities? As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of leading change initiatives across marketing activities and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital part in improving operational efficiency, driving marketing effectiveness, and fostering innovation across our marketing community. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing market research, data and competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with teams including Design, Sales, Operations and Construction to develop and enhance products.
  • Monitoring product performance and conducting regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Enabling best practice end-to-end marketing campaign planning, management and execution through development and improvement of processes.
  • Driving our development calendar to aid capability uplift across the Marketing community and recognising opportunities for people development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles and successfully implementing improvement initiatives and efficiencies across marketing processes.
  • Exceptional understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles.
  • Project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status quo.
