Job Opportunity

This is a job opportunity for an experienced leader who can drive transformative change and lead complex projects. As a Strategic Change Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our new strategic plan to life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives that improve centre experiences, drive social impact, and harness technology for lasting change. They will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include managing milestones, budgets, and risks, as well as adapting plans to address project risks and evolving priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to define and lead toward shared goals and vision for the future.

They must also possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills, exceptional communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills. In addition, they should have a working with children check for relevant state/territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading large projects and change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated drive for results with a strong ability to define and lead toward shared goals and vision for the future.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, management, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities or stakeholder requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve to changes impacting programs of work.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrated business acumen applied when making decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
