The Assistant Director Learning and Capability will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. They will implement a comprehensive review of the agency's capability framework, align that with the functionality of the Learning Management System, and integrate that with the performance and development processes to drive capability in line with the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.
- Maintain and implement the capability framework.
- Develop and implement the performance framework.
- Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.
About You:
Requirements- Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
