Job Summary
The role of a Senior Investment Manager Analyst involves providing timely and efficient investment administration functions to clients.
DescriptionThis key role encompasses daily cash and asset reconciliations, processing client transactions, and liaison with Fund Managers, Brokers, and Custodians to ensure seamless settlement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cash and asset reconciliations to custodians.
- Process client transactions and instruct necessary actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders for transaction settlement.
- Maintain effective communication with clients through prompt query responses.
- Prepare client-specific reports and fees calculations.
- Ensure tax reporting meets regulatory SLA requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Allocate workloads among the team and lead new client onboarding processes.
- Minimum 2 years operational experience in finance or business.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or Mathematics are preferred.
- Iress (IPS) knowledge is an advantage.
