We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in Mackay.
- The successful candidate will work with people with disabilities, promoting independence and managing complex behaviours.
This role involves supporting clients in the Community Hub or as In-Home Support Services. It is essential to maintain clear documentation and adhere to individual support plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is desirable.
- The ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers.
- The capacity to meet physical requirements, as some manual handling tasks may be involved.
- Relevant certifications, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check, and open Driver's License.
