Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Grounds and Facilities Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in our school grounds.

As a Grounds and Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-manicured and safe for students and staff to use. You will also be involved in the maintenance of our facilities, including the identification and rectification of hazards and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the quality of our school grounds through lawn mowing, brush cutting, spraying, fertilising, and other tasks.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including teachers and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identifying and reporting WHS risks and participating in risk management strategies.
