Job Title: Disability Program and Outcomes Lead
">Role Overview:
The Disability Program Lead is responsible for developing community and lifestyle programs that aim to develop life skills, hobbies, and engage with communities. This involves observing program facilitation, reviewing effectiveness, making recommendations, and developing new programs to maximise client participation and success.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate current and future My Life programs in consultation with stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure program requirements are met
- Lead and coordinate program implementation, engaging key stakeholders and customers throughout the process
- Establish effective evaluation processes and support managers in improvements required
- Report on and evaluate program progress in relation to work plans and organisational goals
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of the Disability sector and NDIS practice framework
- Proven ability to work within an outcomes framework, delivering successfully
- Experience in programming and content creation, with a strong understanding of tailoring content for diverse clients
- A high level of coordination and management skills across multiple projects or programs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences
- Demonstrated knowledge of active support
- A creative mindset
