Life Skills Support Specialist

A key role exists to support individuals with disabilities in South-Western Sydney, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week. Opportunities for additional shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities and Assistance
  • Supporting daily life activities, including attending doctor's appointments and shopping.
  • Assisting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavors.
  • Facilitating access to community, social, and recreational activities.
  • Providing transportation for daily activities and engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain accurate case notes via mobile phone.
  • Possession of valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check.
  • Current NSW Driver's license (can be on Green P Plates) and access to reliable car and comprehensive insurance.
  • First Aid Certificate is necessary.
