About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Agricultural Portfolio Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role could be based at our Wagga Wagga branch.

As an Agricultural Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, focusing on delivering high levels of customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Area Manager to achieve bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of rural clients, providing excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve bank and branch goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a banking account management (ideally Rural) role or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Credit and financial analysis skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
