Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Demand Analyst to join our team. As a Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the retail demand planning process using LDE (our new generation replenishment order tool) to provide strategic demand management that meets business objectives in sales, stock levels, and stock turns.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with merchandise planning and supply planning to understand trading opportunities, along with supply constraints and missed delivery targets, and take appropriate actions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to utilize data to inform and rationalize decisions.
  • Advanced Excel and systems knowledge.
  • Capability to operate with a level of ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a systematic approach to work through.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

Manage the retail demand planning process using LDE to drive forecast accuracy improvements and demand recalculations for year-round ongoing lines.

Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with merchandise planning and supply planning teams to understand trading opportunities, along with supply constraints and missed delivery targets.
