Catch are currently seeking a Retail Demand Planner to maintain demand forecasts to meet agreed forecast accuracy targets. Reporting into the Planning Manager, this role will see you routinely review demand forecasts to ensure alignment with agreed business plans.

**What you'll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Retail Demand Planner look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Generate replenishment demand and perform accurate reorder analysis to achieve category outcomes
- Forecasting and quantification review at line level to maximize sales and minimize out of stocks
- Review and maintain the integrity of all Replenishment settings and parameters
- Assist planning team to reduce risk of aged inventory
- Collaborate daily and work closely with the Manila team to execute plans
- Review and maintain the integrity of all Replenishment settings and parameters
- Regularly manage and maintain assigned inventory planning reports

**What you'll bring to the table?**
- Relevant Retail/Ecommerce or Inventory management experience
- Understanding of inventory management within a retail environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Sound knowledge of Demand and Fulfillment and Inventory systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills
- High attention to detail
- Prioritization and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills and relation-building abilities
