This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilise your administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of our Emergency Department. You will be responsible for performing various tasks, including registration, payment processing, and admissions.

We are particularly seeking someone who has experience in a clerical or administrative role, with knowledge of medical terminology being advantageous. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. If you are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for submitting online claims to Medicare, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the confidentiality of information.
