We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and nurturing client relationships. They will also have a strong understanding of the automotive technology sector and experience working with dealer management systems.

About the JobJob Description:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Promote new enhancements and initiatives to clients
- Assist with new business opportunities and follow sales processes
- Provide valuable insights to improve products and services
- Represent the company at trade shows, user groups, and industry events
- Liaise with the Professional Services team to coordinate installations and implementations
- Deliver expert consultancy and training on various modules of the DMS
- Work towards achieving gross targets and product penetration goals
Skillset:
- At least two years of experience in motor dealerships, preferably in Fixed Operations (Service and/or Parts) or Accounts and Administration
- Familiarity with Automotive Dealer Management Systems
- Prior sales experience is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client relations
- Strong general IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised and maintain a persistent, enthusiastic approach to business development
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
