About the Job

Job Description:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Promote new enhancements and initiatives to clients
  • Assist with new business opportunities and follow sales processes
  • Provide valuable insights to improve products and services
  • Represent the company at trade shows, user groups, and industry events
  • Liaise with the Professional Services team to coordinate installations and implementations
  • Deliver expert consultancy and training on various modules of the DMS
  • Work towards achieving gross targets and product penetration goals
Requirements

Skillset:

  • At least two years of experience in motor dealerships, preferably in Fixed Operations (Service and/or Parts) or Accounts and Administration
  • Familiarity with Automotive Dealer Management Systems
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client relations
  • Strong general IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised and maintain a persistent, enthusiastic approach to business development
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
