About the Role

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and energising teams to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with Client Service Managers to develop and manage care teams that foster choice, control and confidence under the NDIS.

The role involves:

  • Leading a team of InLife Assistants (disability support workers) to provide outstanding service
  • Coaching and Mentoring the team of InLife Assistants
  • Developing and maintaining positive, respectful and supportive relationships with our clients and the important people in their lives
  • Working side-by-side with our clients to foster and promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborating with Client Service Managers to maintain client team rosters, recruit team members and guide them through induction
  • Providing ongoing support, mentoring and client-specific training for staff
  • Maintaining client records and monitoring funded support budgets, as required
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of InLife's policies and procedures
  • Participating in our in-house on-call after hours coordinator roster

You will also be working on shifts with the clients, which will give you the opportunity to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
