Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to our aged care clients in their homes.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care and companionship to our clients, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You will work closely with our clients' families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Home Help Services: Assist clients with daily tasks such as general housekeeping, making beds, cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care activities such as washing, folding, and ironing laundry, and assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Social Support: Provide emotional support and social interaction to our clients, including accompanying them to lifestyle activities and events.
Requirements:
  • Australian Driver's Licence: Must hold a current Australian driver's licence and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
  • Experience: Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in community care or aged care, although this is not essential.
