Defence Management Specialist

Nous Group is seeking an experienced Defence Manager to join our team. As a Defence Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering projects across the Defence and security sector, working closely with government agencies and private organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project delivery, developing and managing relationships with clients, and providing thought leadership.
- Support and enable high-achieving project teams, actively contributing to building the capability of colleagues.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables.
- 5+ years of work experience in an enterprise environment, including demonstrated experience successfully leading teams to deliver complex programs of work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility.
- Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
- Relevant experience in the Defence and security sector, especially Commonwealth Government experience.
- Currently hold an Australian Government security clearance at NV1 or higher.
