We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Officer to join our team at InfraBuild. As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for managing cash flow and credit issues, ensuring key relationships are maintained and maximising cash flow.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement action plans to resolve credit issues and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure accurate allocation of customer payments and maintain proper collection limits for overdue debts.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance cash flow management.
- Qualification in commerce or accounting.
- Proven experience in collections roles, including handling large volumes of calls.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, JDE, or Symix.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
