About the Role:

As a key figure in our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services and creating a positive, inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. Our organisation operates across multiple locations, providing a diverse range of services to meet the unique needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or a related field, as well as experience working in an accommodation setting. You should also have demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the disability or community services sector.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of support workers, managing staff schedules and rostering, developing and implementing individualized support plans, and providing immediate response to any issues or incidents.
