As a Project Director for Transformational Initiatives, you will lead and manage the planning and implementation of innovative projects that drive improvement in customer experience and increase patronage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of complex business transformation projects, including engagement with other business units on strategic project directions, change management processes, reporting, and coordination of program and operational support activities.
  • Lead the development of new and innovative projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing market share, including research trials and benefits realization.
  • Regularly report to senior management on risks and issues that could impact the timely delivery of key milestones in programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic view of requirements and solutions are achieved in the delivery of transformational initiatives.
  • Proactively manage staff performance, including recruitment, appraisal, and development, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment through effective resource management and compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
