About the Job
  • Lead and coach high-performing technical teams to deliver data products, business warehouse solutions, and support services.
  • Oversee scalable data solution design, delivery, and maintenance aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the Data Centre of Excellence, including governance frameworks, warehouse operations, and product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate across teams for fit-for-purpose technical designs and smooth integration.
  • Manage daily operations and project activities, acting as an escalation point and ensuring performance targets are met.
About the Role
  • You're a strong people leader with deep technical understanding of data products and warehouse systems. You bring:
  • 5+ years' experience working with data products in energy, utilities, or mining sectors. Familiarity with metering data, LiDAR, spatial data, SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritise competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • A continuous learning mindset and passion for staying across data and industry trends.
  • Experience working in complex environments, with strong understanding of governance, change management, and quality assurance practices.
