Job Title: Operations Supervisor - Production LeadershipAbout the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead production operations and drive business growth. As an Operations Supervisor - Production Leadership, you will oversee daily production, monitor staffing and machine performance, and ensure all products meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Manage daily production across sheeting, printing, die-cutting, folder-gluer, finishing, tray forming, and RFID application.

  • Staffing and Performance: Monitor staffing levels, machine performance, and material flow to meet schedules and delivery commitments.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet customer specifications for quality, accuracy, and labeling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing (folding carton, corrugated, or packaging).

  • Knowledge of folder-gluers, die-cutters, sheeters, presses, tray formers, and RFID systems.

  • Proven leadership and team development skills.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
