Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Learning on Country Program (LoCP) in a key role that supports operations across multiple remote communities in the Northern Territory.
The position requires attention to detail, strong project management skills, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing contracts, procuring goods and services, making payments, generating program reports, and ensuring all operations align with organisational policies and funding requirements.
A significant aspect of this role is communications coordination, including social media platform management, website content development, and communication strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contract management and procurement

- Compliance with organisational policies and funding requirements
- Communications coordination, including social media and website maintenance
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in financial planning and management
- Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities
- Excellent cross-cultural and verbal and written communication skills
