A well-established, privately-owned civil construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil construction, concrete, and quarrying projects, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead quality control, compliance, and project planning;
  • Manage procurement, subcontractors and resource allocation;
  • Interpret and deliver on complex design specifications;
  • Contribute to tenders through accurate analysis;
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Civil Engineering degree + proven experience in civil construction;
  • Proven project leadership and quality management skills;
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication;
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, survey equipment and MS Office.
