A civil engineering leader is required to support the successful delivery of complex high-risk projects. This pivotal role will provide technical expertise, develop and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:">

• Develop and implement effective engineering designs and solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.

• Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and career progression.

">Requirements:">

We are seeking an experienced engineer with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

">

• Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia.

">

• At least 15 years' experience in civil engineering.

">

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
