As a Principal Civil Engineering Design Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services to private and public sector clients. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior civil engineer to join our multi-disciplinary consultancy as a design lead. You will have expertise in Austroads and relevant standards, with experience in designing subdivisions, roads, hydraulics, and earthworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the detailed design, documentation, and modeling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments, and general civil engineering projects.
  • Design and manage projects, including subdivision, road, hydraulic, and earthwork designs, ensuring compliance with Austroads and relevant standards.
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-20 years of consultancy design experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with 12D Model and AutoCAD software.
