- The Clinical Team Supervisor role involves utilising expert clinical skills by undertaking a caseload, providing supervision and support to other team members. This ensures standards are met, evidence-based practice is implemented, and the service is responsive to community needs.
- To provide quality specialist client-centered assessment and treatment within a holistic framework and multi-disciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Developing and implementing clinical programs to enhance patient well-being and satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on clinical performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Fostering strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider community to promote collaborative working practices.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health or equivalence, Occupational Therapist, Social Work with eligibility for membership with the Association of Australian Social Workers, or a Psychologist with an approved degree in Psychology.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
