Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including help with dressing, bathing, and toileting.
  2. Assist with essential daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and other household duties.
  3. Support clients in pursuing new interests and hobbies, actively enhancing their overall quality of life.
  4. Enable community participation and independence by transporting and accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
  5. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full legal working rights within Australia.
  • A personal motor vehicle with current third-party car insurance is mandatory for transporting participants.
  • A valid Driver's License is preferred.
  • Hold a Yellow Card or be willing to apply.
  • Hold a Blue Card or be willing to apply.
  • Excellent availability, including the capacity to work weekends and nights, is crucial.
  • Certificate 3 or above in community services or individual support and at least 1 year of experience.
  • A strong understanding of Asian Culture and Cultural Practices.
