Product Technical Supervisor

This role presents a compelling opportunity to serve as a technical authority and first point of contact for Trane chiller products.

Skillful individuals who possess in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC chillers, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems are highly sought after to provide exceptional support to customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Construction induction card (white card).
  • Current ARC license.
  • Experience in A/C maintenance and installations of all types.

To excel in this position, one should have strong time management and customer service skills, technical competence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Providing guidance to customers and internal teams on product features and applications.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings related to Trane products.
  • Assisting in the development of equipment condition reports, technical documentation, and product manuals.
  • Raising awareness among the team regarding the latest service bulletins.
  • Supporting product development initiatives by gathering feedback and insights from the field and customers.
  • Overseeing a team of technical specialists responsible for Trane chiller product installation, service, and maintenance.
