Job Description

A Product Support Specialist will drive service success and customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Adaptability, initiative, and ability to take on various tasks
  • Reliability, organization, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience with RDSA or OEM products highly regarded
  • A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and high customer focus
  • Underground mining industry knowledge, specifically hydraulic rock drilling processes desirable
  • Relevant trade qualifications – Diesel Fitter equivalent
