About Our Team
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Pre Sales Engineer. This role will involve working closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth technical journey from first conversation to deployment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to translate technical capabilities into real-world benefits, and possess a deep understanding of our products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements and bid processes, delivering compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities, and collaborating with product management and engineering to provide feedback on customer requirements and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements and bid processes
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities
- Understand customer challenges and translate them into technical solutions using our products
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to provide feedback on customer requirements and market needs
- Assist in preparing detailed technical proposals, documentation, and system configurations
- Contribute to responses for tenders, RFIs, and RFPs
- Represent our organization at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as a technical expert
