Job Description

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage all supply chain activities, including planning, purchasing, and logistics, at our Mulgrave site. The role involves overseeing the production schedule, inventory management, and customer orders to ensure a reliable supply of products.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and experience in a 24/5 manufacturing environment. They should also possess high computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Emails.

About the Opportunity:

  • Manage all supply chain activities, including planning, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Oversee the production schedule, inventory management, and customer orders.
  • Work with the Site Engineering Manager to plan maintenance schedules.
  • Review daily delivery reports and notify relevant parties about late deliveries.
  • Monitor production output, inventory, customer orders, material supplies, and trends.
  • Create new product codes and maintain accurate BOMs & Routes for the planning system.
  • Maintain Manufacturing Orders from raising to completion – Job costing process.
  • Lead sites inventory stocktake schedule.
  • Create Purchase Orders based on MRP requirements (daily).
  • Track and follow up on POs imminently due and overdue (both imported and local - daily).
  • Coordinate and manage load schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.
