Job Title: Client Services Manager

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and relationship needs of our institutional trust clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Act as a key consultant to clients, assisting in the formulation of best practices, redesign of processes, evaluation and implementation of Trust and Custody services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of the service team, coordinating resources to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution, and effectively communicating client concerns/needs to partners.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a complete understanding of client's business, objectives, goals, and market challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Assist Relationship Managers in counselling clients on emerging issues, bank products/services, legal/regulatory changes, and general financial environment, translating the impact on client's activities and banking services.
  • Solution Development: Participate in the development of solutions to client needs, coordinate presentations, bringing in experts when appropriate, and ensuring smooth delivery of new services.
  • Client Profitability: Manage and enhance client profitability.
  • Travel: Travel to client locations on a selected basis where revenue and/or new business opportunities and/or servicing require a call.
Requirements:
  • Direct experience in asset servicing environment.
  • Proven experience working in financial servicing/accounting fields, with a client servicing background.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to understand legal documentation (such as SLA) & provide recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding of reconciliation processes.
  • Understanding of institutional payment processes.
