About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Strategy Lead to join our team at AusNet Services Ltd. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of energy to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the cost, risk, and performance of our assets.
  • Lead the governance of price resets, including Electricity Distribution Price Resets (EDPR), Transmission Revenue Resets (TRR), and Gas Access Arrangement Review (GAAR).
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on our business and initiate actions to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver capital and maintenance programs to time and budget, and address technical issues with broad implications for the business.
  • Take ownership of process improvements initiatives, specification and standard improvements, and develop new methods of practice.
  • Provide guidance on technical matters to the overall business based on existing technical expertise.
  • Ensure quality assurance across three networks to ensure consistency in Asset Management practices.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in electrical engineering.
  • Considerable experience in electrical engineering/asset management, regulatory submissions, and utility/energy/asset management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
