Asset Management Strategy Lead

AusNet Services is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for delivering asset management strategies and price resets that drive innovation and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset risk management and decision optimisation solutions across all AusNet networks
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of asset risk management and decision optimisation solutions
  • Ensure overall Asset Management Compliance through monitoring of Rules and Regulations changes
  • Own process, specification and standards improvement initiatives
  • Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive solutions
  • Drive consistency and provide guidance to the business on risk management and reliability engineering concepts
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in electrical engineering
  • Considerable, in-depth electrical engineering/asset management experience
  • Regulatory submissions experience
  • Utility, energy, and/or asset management experience – highly desirable
  • Extensive experience developing Condition Based Risk Management Models (CBRM)
  • Detailed understanding of the technical and economic regulations governing electrical networks
  • Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Previous experience with Decision Analytics solutions (implementing and using)
