Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Estimator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales estimating from within the housing industry, with trade or tertiary qualifications and excellent customer service skills.

The position involves providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations, analysing project documentation, obtaining quotes and liaising with stakeholders. You will also offer technical support to team members and maintain organised files and documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate pricing for contracts and variations
  • Analyse project documents to ensure all elements are included
  • Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
  • Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process
Requirements
  • Sales estimating experience from within a home builder
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
