About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team.

  • Support the implementation and integration of safety management systems and processes across our operations.
  • Collaborate with leaders, teams, and contractors to embed safe working practices and strengthen our safety culture.
  • Deliver training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of managers, supervisors, and employees in relation to workplace health and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential risks and developing targeted solutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
