Support a Leading Childcare Program

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support our Director of Service in Caulfied. As a key member of our team, you will have a positive impact on the children in your care.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about kids, have loads of energy and love to have fun. You should also be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)

Ensure your program is compliant according to industry regulations

Interact with parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible

Engage with the school community attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend

Play and have fun with primary school aged children

Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
