We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused professional to join our team in a key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely administrative support to families, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience.
  • Assist with financial administration including debtors, budgets, payments, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate administrative processes, records, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Support quality improvement by enhancing systems, enrolments, inductions, and payment procedures.
  • Uphold safeguarding, compliance, and information management standards across all operations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in business administration (desirable) with admin experience in childcare or OSHC (essential).
  • Knowledge of software used in childcare settings and familiarity with relevant legislation.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, data reporting, and digital tools.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Detail-focused, organised, and able to build positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
