About the Role

As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of field services professionals to deliver contractual outcomes across various programs of work. Your primary focus will be on managing direct labour and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the field services workforce
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Monitor and manage performance to maintain high levels of quality, safety, and utilisation
  • Implement field service improvement initiatives
  • Support training and development plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in working in the telecommunications network and equipment knowledge. You should also have maintenance and/or installation experience of new or refurbished telecommunications equipment. Additionally, you should be able to manage field workforce teams (internal and contractors) and be available to undertake some work outside traditional business hours and travel as required.
