We are seeking an experienced leader to join our telecommunications division, supporting the NBN N2P program.

This dynamic leadership role is responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary trade teams across various construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company culture framework.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and construction timelines.
  • Conduct site audits, quality checks, and ensure delivery of defect-free work.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community representatives.

  • Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regional areas.
