About Our Program

We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to maintain close links with their families.

Regular contact arrangements can help children develop a sense of identity and belonging. We strive to establish a trusting relationship between the child, their family members, and our team.

Our goal is to facilitate positive interactions in a comfortable setting that prioritizes the child's needs and well-being.

Contact will only be initiated or continued when it serves the best interests of the child.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the child's safety and comfort during face-to-face contact, changeovers, and overnight visits.
  • Intervene if necessary to prevent harm or distress to the child.
  • Maintain detailed records of each visit, including activities, behavior, emotions, and interactions between family members.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Working with Children (Employee) check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • No Criminal Record
  • Strong retention of information and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Mandatory Report knowledge
  • A non-judgmental attitude towards all parties involved
