Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our family support services, you will play a critical role in delivering interventions to families addressing identified needs and child protection concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of family support programs to address complex family needs, including those with mental health and/or disability concerns.
- Maintain a caseload of families and provide evidence-informed case management interventions for clients with varied complex needs.
- Engage with families, obtain consent and develop a case plan in conjunction with the family which addresses unmet needs and child protection concerns.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver's licence.
- Legally able to work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
