- Representation: Represent the company at internal and external functions, promoting our products and services positively.
- Audit and Quality Control: Participate in regular audits and quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Cost Optimization: Contribute to operational cost management through education and training, particularly in areas like flight make-up, aircraft loading, and inventory management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for planning and forecasting using business tools, systems, and resources.
- Positive Attitude: Possess a winning attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle challenging situations tactfully.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge or experience in client or account management, food safety, and HACCP qualifications desirable.
- Availability: Be available to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
