Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of a cutting-edge Enterprise Data Platform using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle – scoping, governance, timelines, and delivery.
  • Guide the enhancement of data governance, lifecycle management, data literacy, and tooling.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to boost performance.
  • Maintain project artefacts, reporting, risk, and issue logs, as well as handover documentation.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex data management or digital transformation projects.
  • Proven leadership across data platforms, business intelligence, and governance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, data architecture, and lifecycle principles.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience working with executives, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • High emotional intelligence and team leadership skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse modernisation, data literacy uplift, and data analytics platforms.
